Cheesecake… what a passion!

Ingredients:

400 gr. biscuits
230 gr. butter
5 eggs
250 gr. sugar
600 gr. Ricotta and Mascarpone

For the fruit gelly:

6g. gelatin leaves
125 ml water
2 tbs of sugar
250g. blueberries jam
