Delicious apetizer!

Ingredients:

Shrimps, frozen pasta phillo or phyllo, extra-virgin olive oil.

Directions:

Take the clean shrimp, leaving only the tail and gently wrap it in the pasta, cut it in small rectangles. Heat an extra-virgin olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and gild the shrimp on both sides. Serve immediately, warm and crunchy, accompanied by balsamic vinegar icing or a soybean bowl.

    It keeps well in the fridge and is delicious with cherry tomatoes or other vegetable dippers, as well as crackers or baguette slices.
