The beginning of our roadtrip

On the morning of November 5th, we said goodbye to Los Angeles and we embarked on our roadtrip to  San Francisco on the Pacific Coast Highway toward. The first stop for breakfast, could only be in Malibu…

In an atmosphere nothing short of relaxing, we treated ourselves to a breakfast with one of the most delicious waffles I’ve ever eaten…

The scenery along the coast became more and more rural and shortly before lunchtime we were in Santa Barbara…

This is really a beautiful place, with very special people…

After we stop in Santa Barbara for lunch, we hit the road again on our way to Pismo Beach, where we spent the night, and of course, enjoy another sunset…

The next morning it was like waking up in paradise…

We started driving soon after dawn and we stopped in Morro Bay for breakfast…

From this point on, the drive became a succession of spectacular views…

I’m writing very little in between this images because words are not enough to describe it! You have to see it and experience it for yourself.
Another of the obligatory stops along the way is definitely Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey…

We, however, decided to spend the evening in the beautiful city of Santa Cruz, where we arrived a little after sunset, because of the numerous stops throughout the day and also because of the time change from the night before…

The following morning we left for San Francisco, but we could not go to the city of San Jose, Stanford University and Silicon Valley…

And then finally we arrived in San Francisco…
