And the journey continues!
Waking up in the morning in Sardinia and then having lunch at Lucca with my friends is priceless! And this is precisely the reason that led me here, today, my best friends (one of whom moved here many years ago). Whenever I go back to Italy we try to see each other at least for lunch or dinner. This time, my friends decided to pick me up at the airport and brave a 250-mile trip for this scenario.
To flew more than 500 miles in a day just to go out to lunch with your best friends … it really is invaluable!

Svegliarsi la mattina in Sardegna per poi pranzare a Lucca non ha prezzo, come l’amicizia! Ed è proprio questo il motivo che mi ha portato qui oggi con i miei migliori amici (uno dei quali si è trasferito qui già da molti anni).
Ogni volta che torno in Italia cerchiamo di vederci almeno per una cena o un pranzo, e questa volta, i miei amici hanno deciso di venirmi a prendere direttamente in aeroporto e affrontare 400 Km per una riunione con questo contorno…
Poi fare più di 800 Km in un giorno solo per andare a pranzo fuori con i tuoi migliori amici… ha davvero un valore inestimabile!
