Discovering Castle in UK, Bodian Castle!

Discovering Castle in UK, Bodian Castle!

After visiting Leeds Castle, just 20 miles away from here, we decided to continue our visit to another castle, although we want to specify that it is not really located exactly in Kent, but it is just for few miles in East Sussex; anyway… welcome to Bodian Castle…

Built at the end of the fourteenth century, between 1380 and 1385, it has a typical medieval structure; erected inside the moat, it is truly spectacular for photography lovers…

Donated to the National Trust in 1925, this castle is open to the public at a price of £ 10.30, and has been used several times as a scenario for movies…

Once inside, you will have the opportunity to climb up to the South central tower and the two North side towers, from which you will have a nice view of the castle, its gardens and the surroundings from above…

You will also have the opportunity to visit the internal courtyard and some rooms, in one of which you will find a projection that will tell you the whole story of Bodian Castle…

The visit of the castle will not take much of your time, unlike other much larger ones, but it will certainly be worth making a small detour if you are passing through the area, you will not be disappointed.

Have you ever been there? Share with us your experience and your most beautiful pictures, below in the comments or on our Social networks … See you soon with the next post !!!
