My Favorite one!
It is hard to explain why you like one thing more than another, or why Portsmouth is my favorite city here in the UK. I knew I liked it from the moment I discovered that I had another day off that coincided with a beautiful sunny day and I started looking on the internet about the destination for that day: Portsmouth… why not! Located to the south, not far from Southampton, it contains many things to visit. First of all, the Spinnaker Tower which is the symbol of the city…
Then, in the same direction you will find yourself in the Southsea area, where obviously my attention was drawn by the presence of a castle, and it is open for free! The South Sea castle is really worth the visit if you love them as I do. Here is a shot from the outside…

La mia preferita!
E’ difficile spiegare perché una cosa ti piace più di un’altra, o perché Portsmouth sia la mia città preferita qui in UK; mi è piaciuta fin dal momento in cui ho saputo che avrei avuto un altro giorno libero che coincideva con una bellissima giornata di sole e ho iniziato a cercare su internet la meta per quel giorno: Portsmouth… perché no!
Situata a Sud, non molto lontana dalla più conosciuta Southampton, ha molte cose da visitare, prima tra tutte la Spinnaker Tower che è un po’ il simbolo della città…
Questa cittadina è stata un importante porto navale per secoli, come avrete modo di verificare se visiterete il Portsmouth Historic Dockyard…
Continuando a passeggiare nella stessa direzione vi troverete nella zona di Southsea dove ovviamente la mia attenzione è stata attirata dalla presenza di un castello, per di più visitabile gratuitamente! Il Southsea Castle vale davvero la pena di visitarlo se siete amanti come me di castelli… qui uno scatto preso dall’esterno…
